Shipping Policy

U.S. orders paid and independently confirmed by 4 PM Pacific on business days are processed the same business day. This is not a same-day shipment or carrier-arrival promise. Las Vegas-area local delivery is eligible for same-business-day service when payment is independently confirmed by noon Pacific on a business day. After-cutoff, weekend, and holiday confirmations move to the next business day. No dispatch occurs before independent payment verification.

Carrier tracking is sent when an order is marked dispatched; creating a label alone does not establish that the carrier has the package.

Free two-day U.S. shipping is automatically applied when the product subtotal before discounts reaches $200. Discounts do not remove free-shipping eligibility once that threshold is met. Orders below $200 before discounts use the vial-count rates shown at checkout:

• 1–5 vials — $15
• 6–20 vials — $25
• 21–and above vials — $40

Two-day service refers to the selected carrier service after dispatch and does not include processing time, weekends, holidays, weather delays, or other carrier exceptions. The rate shown at checkout is the rate charged; no handling or fuel fee is added later.

Complete addresses in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson, Nevada may select local delivery for $25. The fee remains fixed even above the carrier free-shipping threshold. Payment must be independently confirmed before dispatch; staff confirms the destination before delivery. Free local pickup / meetup remains available and address-free, with arrangements beginning after payment confirmation.

Products ship as sealed vials secured in protective inner packaging appropriate for small laboratory materials. The shipping label and carrier-required information appear on the outer package.

Slate Supply Co ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and we do not export. It is your responsibility to confirm that receiving and possessing these materials is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Carrier delivery estimates can change because of weather and other events outside our control. We continue to support the order under the Slate Standard during a carrier delay and comply with applicable delay-notice, cancellation, and refund rights.

If we cannot meet a shipment promise, we will notify you with a supportable revised timing or explain that one cannot yet be provided, along with the applicable option to consent to the delay or request resolution under the Slate Standard and applicable law. Operational payment-confirmation cutoffs do not postpone statutory rights measured from receipt of a properly completed order and payment.

Every shipped order is covered by the Slate Standard at no additional charge. If a shipment is lost, stolen, not received, or arrives damaged, see our Refund & Return Policy and contact us promptly. We will review the available tracking and claim evidence and resolve supported claims under the Slate Standard.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the original shipping rate.
