1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Slate Supply Co are intended exclusively for laboratory research, in-vitro studies, and scientific purposes. By purchasing from Slate Supply Co, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher and that all products will be used solely for lawful research purposes.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Slate Supply Co. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Unboxing Video Policy

By placing an order, you agree to record an unboxing video immediately upon receipt of your package. This video must capture the unopened package, the opening process, and the contents. This policy protects both parties in the event of any shipping damage or missing items claims. Failure to provide an unboxing video may limit your ability to file damage or loss claims.

4. Payment Terms

Slate Supply Co accepts payment via Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due at the time of order. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. Accepted currency is USD. When submitting payment, use your order number as the memo/note. Do not include product names or descriptions in payment notes.Slate Supply Co reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Slate Supply Co ships within the United States only. Shipping rates are based on total vial count as displayed at checkout. Slate Supply Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon shipment. Order protection is available as an optional add-on at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and the importance of product integrity, Slate Supply Co does not accept returns. Refunds are issued only in cases of verified shipping damage (documented via unboxing video) or order fulfillment errors. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with video evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Regulatory Compliance

Slate Supply Co products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not approved for human consumption. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that purchasing and possessing these compounds is legal in your jurisdiction. Slate Supply Co makes no warranties regarding legality in any specific location and bears no liability for regulatory violations by purchasers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Slate Supply Co's liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Slate Supply Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slate Supply Co from any claims arising from your use or misuse of products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
